Vomit Poetry Challenge [ Day 1]: words collecting themselves into rhymes

Wrote this in a minute, no stops, no deletes, no edits–my first vomit poem. Going to embark on a 30-day vomit poem challenge. Basically, you write a poem every day; you start, you keep writing, you don’t stop, you don’t delete, you don’t edit. And then, you publish it as it is.

words collecting themselves into rhymes
the slippery dance of my fingertips on a pearl-shine keyboard
pictures dream themselves into being, slowly
distilled from a rabbit hole cylinder
what is this tingling in my chest
the ragged breaths in my bones
won’t sit still
if that is the case
colour-bursting, pixelating, torn asunder
congratulations, you now have a poem
