the fish at the corner of the street

mysticism exists where
reality, trembling, like a child,
greets unreality with an unassertive glance
and this moment of self-doubt
opens the door to the fictive masses
as familiar things come crumbling down
truths and wonders dissolving into one
all within a blink of an eye
a skip of a heartbeat

Perfect music to go with the fine poem.
